Shipping Policy

At T-Shirt Oasis, every shirt is custom-made in-house using high-quality DTF transfers and professional heat press methods. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order.

  • Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) or events beyond our control such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located:

  • Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first.

  • If still unresolved, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • T-Shirt Oasis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
