At Tshirt Oasis, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are our shipping policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges apply)

• Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (available for select locations)

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Rates

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.

• For orders under $99, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

International Shipping

• At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

• Tshirt Oasis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@tshirtoasis.com, and we will assist you in locating your package.
