Returns and Refund Policy

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR SUPPORT TEAM PRIOR TO BEING SENT.
Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you need to return, exchange, or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:

REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER

A change in size
If you need to change the size of your order, you can return the item to us in new condition within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Please include a note specifying the new size you require, and we will send you the correct size once we receive the returned item.

You received the wrong item
If you received an incorrect item, please send a photo of the incorrect product to [email protected]. After confirmation, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.

You received a damaged/faulty/poorly printed item
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item. You do not need to return the item. You can keep, donate, or discard it. We will send you a replacement at no cost.

Your package gets lost in transit
If your package is lost or misdelivered by USPS, contact us to file a claim. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

We appreciate feedback on why you are returning your item so we can improve our products and services.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:

  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind.” We print on demand, and therefore we cannot accept returns for this reason.
  • Your return request has not been reviewed and approved by our team before sending the product back.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way.
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless it is our fault.
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item during big sale periods such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.

CANCELATION REQUEST

You can cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours of placing it.

If you want to change your order to another item of the same price, please contact us before the order goes into production. All requests should be sent to [email protected].

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once your return or refund is approved, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
