Returns & Refunds Policy
At T-Shirt Oasis, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-pressed apparel using DTF transfers and professional heat press methods. Each shirt is made to order specifically for you. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because all shirts are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind
-
Color preference
Please check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tshirtoasis.com.
To process your claim, please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once verified, we will either:

Send a replacement at no cost, or

Issue a refund if a replacement cannot be made.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

We are unable to fulfill your order as originally placed
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges since all items are produced individually. If you need a different size or design, a new order must be placed.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your shirt may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or theft once the item has been marked “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
