Q: Do you make the shirts yourself?
A: Yes! All of our shirts are made in-house using professional DTF transfers and heat press techniques. Every shirt is created fresh when you order.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly.
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: Yes, we accept custom requests! Reach out to support@tshirtoasis.com with your idea and we’ll let you know if we can make it.

Q: What type of shirts do you use?
A: We typically use high-quality brands like Gildan 64000 and Bella+Canvas 3001, known for their comfort and durability.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Most of our shirts are available in Unisex sizes XS–3XL. Exact sizing options may vary depending on the product. Always check our size chart before ordering.
Q: How should I wash my shirt?
A: For best results:
Turn shirt inside out before washing
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
Do not bleach
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly on the design

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Processing takes 3–5 business days, and shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we may expand in the future.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for size, color, or change of mind.
Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
A: If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
